Ciaran Blackall graduated as a Q.F.A., a Level 7 qualification, awarded by UCD and the Institute of Bankers in 2000.
Ciaran graduated as an RPA, a Level 7 qualification, awarded by UCD & The Institute of Bankers in 2014.
Ciaran graduated as an SIA, a level 9 qualification, awarded by UCD and The Institute of Bankers in 2015.
Ciaran also holds a Diploma in Stockbroking and Investment awarded by Dublin Business School.
Blackall Financial is a member of Brokers Ireland, and carries professional indemnity insurance for €1,,500,000.

Ciaran has over 30 years industry experience, having held senior roles in life assurance companies, stock-brokerages, and accountancy firms. Ciaran brings this wealth of experience to bear when advising his clients today.
Ciaran has served as Chairman for the Dublin region of the Life Insurance Association, for 2012. The LIA organises and assists brokers with their ongoing Continuous Professional Development requirements by providing suitable CPD seminars within the guidelines laid down by the Central Bank of Ireland.
Ciaran has also served as the Chairman of the Business Owners Network for Dublin Chamber of Commerce, and served as a Council member and Director of Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
Ciaran is the current President of Brokers Ireland (2021-2022).
